Driver Installation Woes?

There are customers who would still have problems installing the driver correctly.

Below is one common problem or mistake made during installation.

When you are being prompted to point to the driver location to complete the driver installation, please remember to point to the folder when you first install the driver package, NOT the Installer exe.

Below is the difference between the two, on the left the original driver package (downloaded from Bannco website), while the right is the folder created by the driver package, with 7 files inside.
